The technicians seem unable to find the cause of my Intellilink screen blacking out. I have been to the dealership 3 times now for this issue. I will be bringing it back in as soon as they have a loaner. I do appreciate that they wNt to continue to find the problem.

I came in to get my car looked at because it would not start on 2 separate occasions and even happened while I was there. They were too busy to see me however when my car stopped they took it back to look at it. They told me I would need to leave it there but did not have a loaner because it was the busiest time of year and all loaners were out. They tried calling around to look for one but none were available. The whole order took several hours and was very exhausting. I ended up needing a new battery which Is weird because the car is barely 2 years old

Waited an extra amount of time. Car was finished, but because of lunch time, I had to wait about 15 to get the car. Also, VERY unhappy with the cost of the tire. We priced the tire elsewhere. However, no one else had it in stock. Because we were leaving on a trip, we had to get the tire at your dealership ? at $80 more than we could have purchased it elsewhere. We will not be returning for service and will look elsewhere when our lease is up.
The service rep said it was a busy time and I'm pretty understanding and was willing to wait the 24 hours they said it may take. They offered me shuttle service or to wait in their waiting room, which looked nice. They called me 2 hours later saying everything was fixed and ready to go. Even got a free car wash out of it. 2 actually. Great service and really friendly people. Jacob Jacobs took great care of me.

This is my third Buick lease and my first with Todd Wenzel Buick of Westland. I previously had a 2011 Buick Regal & a 2014 Buick Verano from Tom Sellers Buick. This time I tried a new dealership since my salesperson at the other dealership moved out of the country and I was referred by a friend of the family to try Todd Wenzel (to Lou as a salesperson). I was very satisfied working with Lou and would refer others to Todd Wenzel. I have been enjoying my 2017 Regal and appreciate the knowledge and professionalism of the staff at the dealership.
