Todd and Jacob at Todd Wenzel have been very awesome!
HOWEVER..... I purchased this car on February 25th and within a couple days the engine light came on. It has now been in the shop several times, totaling well over 70 days because of the engine light. My fuel injectors have been replaced 3 times and failed, causing the catalytic converter to go bad. The dealership then charged me 50% of that bill, was unable to get me out of this car and after picking it up on 06/30/17 at 9am, the engine light has now come BACK on as of 6/31/17 at 5pm. And No one has any idea how to fix this car and yet I put $1000.00 down on it, and am still making payments of $300.00 a month, and barely have been able to drive it. This experience has been horrible!
The service dept and adviser was extremely accommodating. At around noon on Wednesday I decided it was time for a trans fluid change. I called and got a 2:30 appointment that very day. I was back on the road at 3.45

I was upset there was no paper at the bottom on the drivers side. They should cover the floor with paper as to not get dirt and oil in your car. I take care of my car and expect the dealership to treat my car the same way.
Also when I get my car back from service it should look brand new, my car should be washed before I get it back.
Finally I am very, very upset about this last item. I got home and parked in my driveway. I have a nice newer driveway. Later when the car was moved i noticed 2 oil spots now on my driveway I am super upset. Now what? You guys just ruined my driveway!!!!!
