I scheduled routine service for my Buick as well as service to locate and fix a rattle behind the driver side (appears to be soothing related to the top. I was advised that the car would be kept and I would be provided with a loaner. I arrived and no loaner was available. I now have to make another appointment which will require taking time off from work. In addition, after the routine service was completed, the tech failed to replace valve caps to the passenger side tires. Now, I have to purchase new ones. Very poor service and poor reflection on GM and Buick.

Another oil change and another return trip to the dealership because of oil dripping under the truck. Told it's a known issue with this vehicle. Yet service tech didn't put in the effort required to prevent this from happening. Getting to be Standard Operating Procedure. Get oil change, return to dealership for clean-up. Listen to apologies. Go home.
