Well I bought a certified used vehicle. Roughly a mile down the road the check engine light comes on. That is under warranty and repaired. About 2 wks after having the car, I inherit loud grinding in the brakes. I take it back and they say they fix it... and the issue is now back but worse.
Now the car starts 75% of the time in the cold. Electrical issues.
I initially didn't think much of the fact that I also had to replace all 3 windshield wipers and refill the solvent. But after all the other issues its rather clear that no check was done on this 'certified' vehicle.
On top of that, I received any email from used car manager stating the generic 'thank you and tell me about how we can be better'. I respond and call with my issues, zero response.
Todd Wenzel is horrible. My first GM purchase and likely my last

I had a set of 4 tires put on my 2013 Chevrolet Silverado
Arrived at 7:40 am .The job was completed by 10:15 am,
which included a front-end alignment
The problem I had was the service man is that he left
Tire glue on all my tires and wheels...
He never cleaned off the glue .....

My first time experience at the Dealership was excellent!!! My service consultant Mr.Craig Rumberger is thee absolute best! He treated me with kindness and respect! I have a 2008 Chevy Impala and I needed a lot of work done on my vehicle. My service consultant Craig explained everything to me as the process went along. My car is in back on the road and driving great!

Very polite, through, timely and just plain awesome. They even had a recall fixed and vacuumed my truck! Total professionals. I stepped inside to talk about my lease end and the salesman gave me some ideas and took down all my information!

Well I had a taillight go out so it was warranty work but they had my truck back within 10 mins and unfortunately did not have part but they ordered it and it came in next day and will be returning to have to wire harness put on this Thursday
