I went to get my 2nd free oil change...I noticed right after I checked my car in and that I had a two hour wait...that was good except my cell phone had died and had in the waiting are an allergic reaction to a new medicine...I sat in the dealer for two hours totally broken out with hives... Please all places should have an emergency kit...with items especially benadryl.

Over the weekend prior to the Monday I had sent out a couple emails to a couple dealers responding to ads they had on the terrains and somebody from your dealership got back with me first thing Monday morning and scheduled an appointment no other dealerships called me back so I was supposed to talk to the general manager your dealership I went and seen him then he got me in touch with the salesperson Danielle and she took great care of me along with the rest of your staff
