I came in with a goal, the Acadia. With three growing boys, it wasn't an option, it was a must. I would have preferred an SLE-2, but I was determined to get the best deal possible. I'm happy Todd Wenzel GMC made it a reality.
We worked with Jim Diehl through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and helped us with all of our questions. When we had a delay with the vehicle delivery, Jim made sure we were taken care of and provided a loaner vehicle in the interim. Lenny in service also was a big help with all of the loaner vehicles we needed prior to purchasing our Sierra. I look forward to working with Jim again in the future.
I worked with Don McTaggart on the purchase of my car, and Don was incredible. He was such an accommodating and helpful person, and he really made a stressful process that much smoother. After we completed the purchase, I remarked to my wife that once our lease is up on her car, we should come back to Don to potentially explore other options for her. I went to Wenzel because they had been so great to my family (more specifically, my parents), and they did not disappoint. I would not hesitate to recommend the Wenzel dealership or Don to anybody I know.
Brad Zimmerman was fantastic! When I came in to test drive, he had the two vehicles that I was intrested in ready for me to drive. The one that I was originally most intrested in, he sat in the car with me and showed me how everything worked. He took the time to find out what was most important to me and was not pushy. I ended up test driving a vehicle that I was not planning on that day, but turned out was what I ended up getting. Brad also took the time to sit in that car with me and show me how things worked. I ended up spending 3 and a half hours there that day. I did not feel rushed or pushed into anything and was comfortable by the time I left with what I would be leasing. Over the next week before I went back in, Brad was in constant contact with me so we were on the same page. When I went in to do the paperwork; he made it appear seamless, even though I know there were a lot of processes going on simultaneously in the background. Going to get a new car is always extremely stressful for me; but Brad was professional, kind, courteous and put me at ease. He is also very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I would be happy to come back and work with him. I have already told friends and family about him and this experience. This was the best car shopping experience that I have had. I also worked with Dan in finance. He was knowledgeable, nice and explained everything thoroughly. I also worked with Rilley Lapointe. She was energetic and fun. She was also kind and patient with me. You could tell that she loves her job! She was knowledgeable about the vehicles. The dealership was clean. The staff was friendly. I also liked the snack and refreshment bar, which came in handy when my daughter was there with me. Thank you.
I requested my tires be rotated along with my oil change. There was some mix up and my tires were not rotated. However the cost of my oil change was covered for my inconvenience. I appreciate this type of proactive service!
